How to pronounce my name: SWEE-da (Swee like in Sweden, da like in the Eiffel 65 song “I’m Blue” chorus “I’m blue da-ba-dee-da-ba-die”)
To me, the best products are those that users stop and say “Okay, that was cool!”, without having to think about what they need to do to successfully engage with those products.
But design isn’t just a way to make better digital experiences; to me, design can also be used to make how we create digital experiences more human.
I’m obsessed with stories, especially how audiences experience and engage with them. Stories - fictional or not - have the power to connect people no matter how different they are from each other, so storytelling is one of the greatest tools we have to bring people together.
